Hosting and access data
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you access it, technically necessary data is processed, including your IP address, access time, requested file, status code and browser information. This supports delivery, security and error analysis on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is retained only as long as needed for these purposes or to investigate specific disruptions.
Contact by email
If you email us, we process your email address, message and any information you voluntarily provide to respond to your request. The mailbox is also hosted by ALL-INKL. For contract-related enquiries, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise it is our legitimate interest in responding under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Messages are deleted when no longer needed, unless retention duties or other legitimate reasons require us to keep them.
Videos, music and cookies
Videos, preview images and music are served directly from our website server. No YouTube player is loaded. The technical access data described above applies when you access these files. The website uses no advertising or analytics tools. No optional tracking cookies are used for this content.
External links and the app
The App Store buttons lead to Apple. When you open an external link, that provider’s privacy information also applies to your use of its site. You do not sign in to iCloud or Game Center on this website. Data processing within MAZEdrift is described separately in the app’s privacy policy.
Your rights
Subject to legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect.
