2. Hosting and technical access data
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Visiting a page involves processing technical connection data, including the IP address, time, requested file, data volume, status response, browser information and, where provided, the referring page.
This processing enables website delivery, security and troubleshooting. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is a secure and reliable website. The hosting provider carries out hosting and technical processing. Log data must be deleted or anonymised once no longer needed for these purposes; investigating a specific security incident may require longer retention. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
3. Contact by email
If you email me, I process your email address, message and any information you choose to provide to answer your enquiry. The support@urfflabs.com mailbox is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in handling enquiries; Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contract-related enquiries.
Messages are deleted when no longer needed to handle the enquiry, unless retention duties or the protection of legal claims require otherwise. You choose which information to send. A reachable email address is needed for me to reply.
4. Images, video and fonts
Project images, previews, the embedded video and font files are served by the website server. No external YouTube, Vimeo or Google Fonts embeds are configured. The technical access data described under Hosting applies to these requests.
5. Language preference, browser storage and analytics
After you select a language or dismiss the language notice, the website stores the language and notice status locally in your browser under “urfflabs.language.v1”. This entry supports your chosen language function, is not sent to me and remains until you delete the website’s browser data. You can change the language on the website at any time.
Storage for this explicitly chosen language function is based on Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Where personal data is processed, the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, the interest in providing a usable website. No web analytics scripts or advertising pixels are embedded on urfflabs.
6. External links and apps
Links include urff.art, MAZEdrift and featured web projects. When you open a linked website, its own privacy information applies. This notice covers urfflabs.com and does not replace the privacy notice of a linked app or website.
7. Your rights and right to object
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Any consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect. Contact: support@urfflabs.com.
You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly where you live or work or where you believe an infringement occurred. The authority for Lower Saxony is the State Commissioner for Data Protection: www.lfd.niedersachsen.de. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place on urfflabs.
